Information note
The user’s personal data collected on the website “antae.ch” are subject to computer processing by Antaé for the realization of the services offered by Antaé.
The personal data communicated by the user may be processed to inform the user of the various insurance offers or services marketed by Antaé.
When the user asks to be put in touch with the insurer through the “Contact” form, the user authorizes Antaé to communicate to the insurer the information recorded so that Antaé can contact him to finalize his file.
In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law of 19 June 1992 on Data Protection (DPA), and the EU Regulation n°2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on Data Protection, implemented by the Federal Law of 28 September 2018, the user has the right to access, rectify, delete (inaccurate, incomplete data, The data subject has the right to access, oppose, limit the processing (in the cases provided for by law) and the portability (in the cases provided for by law) of the data concerning him, as well as the right to define guidelines for the storage, erasure and communication of his data after his death.
